Outline of Research at the Start

高齢者では複数の治療薬の併用から薬物の有害事象が起こりやすい。高齢者で重篤な有害事象を起こしやすい代表的な薬物が、排尿障害やパーキンソン病などに処方される抗コリン薬である。日本の抗コリン薬は「日本版抗コリン薬リスクスケール」でリスク評価が可能になったが、本ツールを用いた知見は少ない。本研究課題では本ツールを用いて抗コリン薬リスクと有害事象の関連を明らかにし、高齢者の薬物処方の適正化に貢献する。
