Outline of Research at the Start	第1子を出産した母親の平均年齢は年々上昇し、特に40歳以上の高年初産婦の増加が特徴的である。40歳以上の高年初産婦は、周産期における身体的リスクが高く、産後も心身疲弊の恐れや家族サポートが希薄な状況にある。ハイリスクである40歳以上の初産婦が自宅で育児をする中で、初めて地域での支援を受ける場が新生児訪問である。対象の特徴を理解し需要に適した支援となるよう、まず新生児訪問の実際を明らかにする必要がある。本研究は、40歳以上の高年初産婦が新生児訪問において求めていること、およびそれを支援者である看護職がどのように捉え観察し支援を行っているかを双方から明らかにするものである。
