Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，回復期リハビリテーション（以下，回復期リハ）病棟看護師のアンラーニングを促進するために看護管理者が行う支援の実施評価尺度の開発および信頼性・妥当性の検証を目的とする．アンラーニングとは，マネジメントや組織改革，教育や専門実践において汎用されている戦略的学習概念であり（Macdonald .G，2002），時代や環境の変化により有用性を失った知識や技術，価値観，ルーティンを棄却して新しいものを獲得する連続的プロセスである（山口,2017）．アンラーニングを促進するために看護管理者が行う支援の実施評価尺度を開発することは，看護管理者が行う看護師への教育の質向上に寄与する．
