Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は4年間を研究期間とし、以下の4つの課題に取り組む。課題1は、豪雪地域の非積雪期・積雪期における低強度活動の実態調査を行う。課題2は、実態調査の結果を基に質問紙を作成し、その信憑性および妥当性を検証する。課題3は、予備調査を実施し、その結果に基づいて本調査の計画を立案する。課題4は、本調査を実施し、低強度活動が身体機能および認知機能に与える影響の因果関係を解明する。
