Outline of Research at the Start

自治体のプリセプター保健師を対象に、新任期保健師の背景の多様性に対応する人材育成の現状および課題と工夫、プリセプターの支援環境についてインタビューによるデータ収集・分析を行う。併せて、自治体の人材育成担当保健師を対象に自記式質問紙調査を実施する。
インタビューおよび全国調査の結果を基に、新任期保健師の背景の多様性に対応できるプリセプター研修プログラムや演習に用いる事例を開発する。モデル自治体でプリセプター保健師研修の試行・評価等を行い、修正版を作成・実施する。自治体研修担当者との企画・打ち合わせで、研修の促進要因・阻害要因を把握し、広く普及するための実装戦略を企画する。
