Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、運動器疾患で整形外科手術を受ける高齢患者のフレイルを規定する因子を明らかにし、入院前因子、手術・術後経過因子（看護・リハビリ状況を含む）、認知・精神的因子・退院後状況因子がどの程度影響しているか、予測モデルを構築する。その結果を前提として、医療職者が可変可能な変数に着目し、看護・リハビリスタッフを含む多職種チームによるフレイル予防の包括的アプローチを開発する。
