Outline of Research at the Start

我が国において、地域完結型の医療が進む中、退院後も医療的ケアを必要とする療養者が増加しており、その介護は40～60歳の働きざかりの子世代が担うケースが多く、仕事と介護の両立が困難な状況にある。本研究は、医療的ケアが必要な親を介護するビジネスケアラーと訪問看護師の両者から現状と課題を聞き取り、それを基に、医療的ケアが必要な親の介護を担う子が、少子超高齢社会、労働人口の減少が予測される社会において、仕事と介護の両立ができるための、持続可能な支援構築をめざした基礎的研究である。
