Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、超高齢社会の到来と地域包括ケアシステムの推進を背景に「地方都市において高齢者のACP（Advance Care Planning）を促進するチェンジエージェント育成プログラムを開発すること」であり、高齢者のACPを促進するチェンジエージェントに必要な能力を特定し、その能力開発のための系統的な教育プログラムを構築するものである。
