Outline of Research at the Start

不慮の事故は乳幼児期の死因順位において上位を占め、乳幼児の生命および健康の重要課題であり、より効果的な方法を検討することが急務である。乳幼児期の事故の多くは家庭内で起こっており、子ども自身が危険性を理解できる年齢になるまでは、保護者による事故予防対策が必要である。どのようにすれば子どもの安全を保つことができるかを、保健師等専門職が保護者と一緒に考えることが必要であると考える。そこで本研究は、保健師が母子保健実践において乳幼児の家庭内の事故を予防するために必要な個別支援モデルを構築する。
