Outline of Research at the Start

本研究におけるダブルケアとは、18歳未満の子どもを育てながら親の介護も行うことを指す。本研究は、ダブルケアをしている看護師の仕事と家庭の生産性を維持していくために必要なニーズを混合研究法を用いて抽出し、仕事と家庭の両立、離職防止にむけた職場の支援について検討する研究である。本研究から得られる成果は、子育てと介護に伴う負担の軽減、持続可能な就労支援に関する施策の提案に役立てることができる。
