Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、認知症高齢者の身近な通院先となる一般外来における看護職員の認知症対応力向上をめざした教育プログラムの開発である。第１段階では、認知症の当事者と介護家族、一般外来の医師と看護職員を対象とした調査研究により、一般外来で必要とされる認知症看護の具体的内容を明らかにする。第２段階では、調査結果に基づき、当事者・介護家族と多職種との協働により教育プログラムを検討する。第３段階は、一般外来の看護職員を対象に教育プログラムを研修会として実施し、その効果を検証する。研究成果は「一般外来に勤務する看護職員の認知症対応力向上研修ガイド」としてまとめ公表する。
