Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は市町村保健師が発達障害や育てにくさを抱える保護者を対象に具体的で効果的なペアレントトレーニング（以下、PT）を展開していく上で必要とされる母子支援に関する知識や技術の現状と課題を明らかにすることと、そこで得られた知見を手がかりに、社会資源の限られた離島・へき地で必要な保健師に対する行動分析的研修プログラムについて検討することである。保護者支援を提供できる専門家が少ない地域において保護者支援を行うためには地域の保健師などを活用していくことは必須である。PTの地域普及により、虐待予防としての効果も期待できると考える。
