Outline of Research at the Start

パンデミック時には保健所のみでなく、予防や啓発においては、住民により身近な市町村保健師の役割はとても重要となる。
本研究では、新たなパンデミックに備え、市町村保健師がリスクコミュニケーションを進めるための準備や方法を明らかにする。
研究は、まず、文献検討や市町村保健師へのインタビュー調査を実施し、リスクコミュニケーション上の経験を明らかにする。それを基に、全国の市町村保健師を対象にアンケート調査を実施し、必要なリスクコミュニケーション上の要素を抽出し、リスクとその対処法や啓発、行動変容の喚起、ステークホルダーとの信頼の醸成などリスクコミュニケーションを進めるための準備や方法を明らかにする。
