Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、急性期病院に入院する高齢者のmobility（動き）を促進する看護実践プロトコルを改良し評価する。地域包括ケアシステムの推進において、急性期病院では限られた期間で円滑に回復を促す看護実践が求められる。身体可動性の保持や回復は生活の継続に重要な要素であるが、入院治療を受ける高齢者は不動に陥りやすく、看護師は安静保持や事故予防の観点から積極的な実践となりにくい。先行研究で作成したプロトコルに対し、活用の条件付け、高齢者自身の経験、リハビリテーション職者と協働した実践や阻害要因への対応を追加し改良する。プロトコルの活用は、入院期間延長の阻止、ADLの維持回復、身体拘束の最小化を期待する。
