Outline of Research at the Start

便秘、下痢、便失禁などの排便問題を抱え、生活の質が低下している人々がいる。排便のケア・介護は、家族にとっても負担が大きい場合が多い。
排便は様々な要因が関連し、アセスメントやケアの選択が複雑となる特徴がある。排便問題がある人の排便状況および実施された排便ケアを明らかにした報告は少ないが、実践知を蓄積してエビデンスとしていくことで、快便をめざす方法を明確にすることができる。
本研究の目的は、作成した地域包括的排便ケアツールを使用し、排便問題がある人の排便状況および実施された排便ケアを明らかにすることである。
