Outline of Research at the Start

エルダースピークは、認知症の高齢者の認識や行動に対して様々な否定的影響を及ぼすことが明らかとなっている。本研究は、認知症ケアに従事する看護師を対象に、認知症の高齢者に対するエルダースピーク自己評価尺度を開発することを目的とする。
2025年度は、日本におけるエルダースピークの概念分析を行い、尺度項目案を作成する。2026年度は、専門家評価および認知面接法により、尺度項目案の内容・表面妥当性を検討し、尺度原案を作成する。2027年度は、本調査を実施し、得られたデータを用いて項目分析と探索的因子分析を行う。2028年度は、信頼性、基準関連妥当性および確認的因子分析による構成概念妥当性の検討を行う。
