Outline of Research at the Start

予備研究で明らかになった車椅子のセレウス菌汚染が他の施設でも一般的な現象か？車椅子汚染は入院患者の院内感染を起こす経路か？車椅子がセレウス菌の汚染経路であるならば、どのように汚染を遮断するか？について、改良RAPD法をはじめとする分子疫学解析を用いて検討する。また、手指にセレウス菌芽胞汚染を起こさない車椅子操作法および車椅子改良を研究し、医療施設・高齢者福祉施設へ提案する。
