Outline of Research at the Start

研究倫理審査を受け、承認後臨床試験登録UMIN-CTRに登録する。その後日本知的障害者福祉協会を通じてリクルート、調査を実施。研究デザインは前後比較。研究参加者は通所施設の看護師・管理栄養士等と、肥満の成人重度知的障害者母子60組。同意を得た施設から看護師等が母親に、2回の学習会を含むベースライン2週間、月1回面接の介入期4か月、フォローアップ3か月の計7か月半のプログラムを実施。データは看護師等よりメールで収集。プライマリーアウトカムは体重でフリードマン検定により分析。研究成果はアメリカ公衆衛生学会で発表と英文学会誌に投稿。介入プログラムの実施手順を記したマニュアル、テキストを作成。
