Outline of Research at the Start

肺移植待機患者はリハビリテーションによる機能維持が重要だが、医療機関へのアクセスの困難さや、時間的/経済的な制約による課題がありリハビリテーションの実施率は極めて低い。本研究では、これらの課題を解決可能な在宅での個別リハビリテーションプログラムを開発し、その効果を検証する。対象は当院で肺移植適応判定のために精査を行った患者とし、多角的な評価に基づいて作成した個別プログラムを待機期間中に在宅で実施し、その実行可能性と機能維持効果について検証する。本研究によって個別プログラムの有効性が実証されれば、肺移植待機中のリハビリテーションの標準化と普及につながり、肺移植後の経過の改善が期待できる。
