Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、PD患者個々の運動療法の効果について、バイオロジカルな変化に焦点を当て、その病態機序に密接に関連する生体内バイオマーカーを用いて血液サンプルから臨床症状進行抑制効果を検証するという分子生物学的側面を有する国内外において独創的な発想に基づく研究である。さらに、In Vivo研究に属する本研究提案がきっかけとなり、ヒトから動物モデルを用いたIn Vitroでのより基礎的研究へ応用する可能性を追求する。
