Outline of Research at the Start

月経随伴症状やそれに伴う腰痛は大きな社会的問題となっており，その疼痛は仙腸関節部に多く発生する．女性ホルモン濃度は月経周期で変動し，月経黄体期では仙腸関節を弛緩させるリラキシン濃度が上昇することから，非妊娠女性の仙腸関節部痛に「女性ホルモン濃度」や「仙腸関節弛緩性」の周期変動が関係する可能性がある．しかし，これまで，仙腸関節部痛との関係は検討されていないため，非妊娠女性の仙腸関節障害の予防には繋がっていない．そこで，本研究では，月経周期ごとの「女性ホルモン濃度」ならびに「仙腸関節弛緩性」を定量化し，仙腸関節部痛との関係を明らかにすることを目的とする．
