Outline of Research at the Start

申請者は、Nicholasら（1993）が提唱したCorrect Information Unit（以下、CIU）による談
話分析の手法をもとに、軽度から中等度失語症者を対象とするCIUによる談話検査（Discourse Test using Correct Information Unit: DTCIU）を開発した。本検査は、①談話内で表出したすべての自立語数、②刺激絵の説明に必要な語彙の総数であるCIU数、③談話の情報伝達効率を示す%CIUの3つの指標で談話能力を測る。本研究では、DTCIUを用いて、各失語タイプ間および、認知コミュニケーション障害と失語症間の談話特徴を解明する。
