Outline of Research at the Start

変形性膝関節症に対する治療として、高位脛骨骨切り術（High tibial osteotomy:
HTO）が近年普及している。HTOは患者主観的評価の改善や高いスポーツ復帰率などの良好な治療成績が報告されている一方で、HTO術後のリハビリテーションに関する報告は限られており、膝伸展筋力などの膝関節機能の改善が治療成績に及ぼす影響については明確ではない。本研究はHTO術後の膝伸展筋力の改善を目的としたリハビリテーションプログラムが、患者主観的評価およびスポーツ復帰率の改善に影響を与えるか検討することを目的とする。
