Outline of Research at the Start

重度脳性麻痺の臨床像は多様で、リハビリテーション介入の個別性が高い。ランダム化比較試験で除外基準となることが多く、また重度脳性麻痺に適応した効果判定のための評価尺度が特定されておらず、介入効果のエビデンスに乏しい。日本は重度な脳性麻痺が欧米諸国に比べて多く、リハビリテーション介入の必要性が高く、介入効果を評価する尺度の整備は喫緊の課題である。そこで本研究は、システマティックレビューによって重度脳性麻痺に適応できる評価尺度を特定し、適応と妥当性を評価し、デルファイ法によって臨床・研究で最低限実施すべき評価尺度のコアセットを開発する。
