Outline of Research at the Start

失語症における名詞と動詞の二重乖離現象は、品詞に特異的な産生障害の中心的議論である。しかし、これまでの脳損傷者によるデータや機能画像研究はいずれも一時点の状態を横断的に示したものであり、回復過程で名詞/動詞の産生能力がどのように変化し、回復にかかわる脳領域を縦断的に明らかにした検討はみられない。本研究では「失語症の回復過程で名詞と動詞の産生能力がどのように変化し、回復にはどの脳領域が関与するのか」を学術的問いとし、AMPA受容体PETイメージングを用いて、名詞と動詞の回復にかかわる代償脳領域の同定を試みる。そして、名詞と動詞の二重乖離現象を代償脳領域形成という観点から理解することを目指す。
