Outline of Research at the Start	脊髄損傷後の運動機能回復過程において、側坐核の活性化が必要不可欠であることが報告されている。この運動機能回復過程における側坐核の活性化は意欲の生成に寄与しており、運動意欲を高める働きをしていると考えられている。本研究では意欲生成基盤としての側坐核に着目し、側坐核の運動意欲生成に関わる駆動条件の電気刺激による最適化を目指す。これにより、脊髄損傷後の運動機能回復を促進する手立てを確立する。
