Outline of Research at the Start

デュシェンヌ型筋ジストロフィー（DMD）は筋疲労を起こすことで症状が進行する疾患であるにも関わらず活動量に関する基準がなく，痛みや疲労を目安に活動量を加減しているのが現状である．そのため痛みや疲労が生じるまではDMD児の過負荷となる活動量がわからない．そこで本研究の目的は，DMD児が運動後にどのくらいの痛みや疲労を感じているかを長期的かつ非侵襲的に明らかにし，主観値（痛みと疲労）と客観値（活動量と心拍数）の関連性を示すことである．
