Outline of Research at the Start

起立性低血圧は、脳卒中や心疾患など要介護状態の原因となる健康問題の発生リスクを高めることが多くの研究で示されており、早期発見と適切な治療の提供は極めて重要である。しかし、従来の起立試験による評価手法の実用性の低さや、非薬物療法の治療選択に関するエビデンス不足が、臨床現場での課題となっている。これらの課題を解決するため、本研究では、(1)介助での起き上がりによる起立性低血圧評価手法の確立、および(2)起立性低血圧の病態に応じた圧迫療法選択のエビデンス創出を目指す。本研究の成果は、臨床応用のみならず、起立性低血圧に関連する研究の発展にも貢献し、社会と学術の両面に波及効果をもたらす。
