Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、膵癌(Pancreatic cancer; PC)患者の周術期におけるリハビリテーション治療と経口栄養療法の併用療法が術後心肺機能回復を促進するかを明らかにする。主要評価項目は、入院時、手術直前日、退院日における最高酸素摂取量、握力、下肢筋力、骨格筋量、血中バイオマーカー(IL-1Rα,IL-6, BDNF, Irisin, CRP, TNF-α，C1q)の変化とする。周術期におけるリハビリテーション治療と経口栄養療法の併用療法による術後早期回復プログラム確立が、PC患者の早期社会復帰や医療負担の軽減および生命予後にも寄与することが期待される。
