Outline of Research at the Start

フォンタン循環は高い中心静脈圧や低い心拍出量を特徴とし、様々な問題点や合併症を伴う。フォンタン患者における下肢筋力など筋骨格系機能は血行動態の維持に重要とされる一方でフォンタン循環に伴う筋量低下、骨ミネラル代謝異常が報告されている。フォンタン患者の多くが扁平足を合併し、この徴候は下肢運動機能低下、若年サルコペニアと関連したものと推測されるが、これまで扁平足の合併頻度やその臨床的意義に関する報告はない。本研究はフォンタン手術後患者における扁平足合併の有無、身体発達、下肢運動器機能を含めた筋骨格系指標を調査検討し、血行動態との関連およびそのリスク因子を明らかにする。
