| Outline of Research at the Start |
足関節捻挫は発生率が高いスポーツ外傷であり，後遺症である慢性足関節不安定症(CAI)を発症してしまう選手が多い．CAIは競技から長期離脱を強いられる膝前十字靭帯(ACL)損傷に繋がる因子としても知られている．CAIの病態は多岐に渡るため，足関節靭帯の損傷部位がACLに与える影響を検証した大規模データの蓄積が不足していることが考えられる．
本研究は，新潟県バスケットボール協会に登録しているU-15/U-18所属の全選手を対象とし，①損傷部位によるCAIのタイプ分類，②各タイプ別の特徴がACLに与える影響，③各タイプが実際にACL損傷に関連しているか前向きな検証を実施し，高リスク群の同定を行う．
