Outline of Research at the Start

下肢閉塞性動脈疾患（LEAD）患者における間欠性跛行の機序および骨格筋障害を、磁気共鳴分光法を用いて明らかにする。また、それらの結果をふまえ、運動療法を含む包括的心臓リハビリテーションによる介入効果を検討する。対象は、心肺運動負荷試験を実施して心臓リハビリテーションを施行するLEAD患者とする。150日間のLEAD型新規心臓リハビリテーションプログラムを実施し、その前後で間欠性跛行および運動耐容能の改善の有無について評価を行い、骨格筋障害を改善する新規心臓リハビリテーションプログラムの開発を目指す。
