Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では下記を明らかにする。(A)M-DDRを用いた誤嚥評価と声帯運動評価による集中治療室/高度治療室における抜管後の不顕性誤嚥と生理的な声門開大の変調、運用モデルの課題。(B)1)嚥下惹起前に舌を硬口蓋へ圧接させる準備期の安定で、急速喉頭挙上開始から終了までの声門開大時間が短縮する。2)SSGSはSGSよりも喉頭下降時の声門閉鎖持続が得られる。
