Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、アルツハイマー型認知症（AD）患者の手指運動巧緻性と大脳白質の関連を明らかにすることを目的とする。磁気センサ型指タップ装置で運動計測を行い、MRI画像のVBM解析及びSPM解析を実施し、AD患者特有の手指機能低下と白質変性の相関性を検討する。得られた知見は、非侵襲的かつ低負担な早期診断・予防手法の確立に寄与する。
