Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではPACAP+EPS in vitro運動実験とPACAP点鼻＋運動マウス実験を実施し、オミックス解析と神経新生作用を確認することでPACAPの筋収縮を介した海馬神経新生に関与する因子とプロセスを調べることを目的としている。PACAP点鼻投与による骨格筋への作用や、神経新生作用のPACAP+運動の相乗効果が確認されれば、新たな再生治療や予防医療だけでなく、脊椎損傷などによる運動機能回復促進のための低運動で効率的なリハビリテーション法の開発に繋がると考えられる。
