Outline of Research at the Start

不適切な社会性は集団の形成や社会的関係の構築を困難にし、さまざまな精神疾患の温床ともなることから、社会性を高める方略を確立することは重要な課題である。運動は脳に対して運動条件依存的な可塑的変化を引き起こし精神機能を改善することが示唆されている。そこで本研究では、「適切な条件での運動は社会性に関わる神経基盤を効果的に変化させ社会性の向上に寄与する」という仮説を立て、運動による社会性への影響を現象論だけでなく神経基盤の可塑性から検討し、それを根拠とした至適運動条件の確立および社会性を支える神経基盤の解明を目指す。
