Outline of Research at the Start

発展途上にあるモンゴル国では、障害児者や高齢者を含む要介護者の問題は顕在化しておらず、これらの分野の研究もほとんど行われていない。社会的弱者を抱える家族は自宅介護を行い、貧困の連鎖という現状にある。障害児は学究的にも、個人の身体面においても放置された状態であり、家族の介護によって生きているのが現実である。本研究は、モンゴル国の障害児者や貧困の問題の所在を確認して顕在化を図り、適切な施策を提言するためにパラリンピック選手という大きなキーワードで多文化共生社会が形成されるための啓発を目指すことである。
