Outline of Research at the Start

対戦型スポーツでは、選手の動きに対してタグ付けや映像分析に機械学習が活用されてきたが、時系列変化に影響しない統計量のみ議論されており、「相手の裏をかく」という心理的側面の解明は不十分だった。本申請課題では、動作タグとビデオ解析技術を入力とする、専門家の実践知モデルを設計して、マクロ視点での選手の心理状態を推定する手法を開発する。具体的には従来手法によりミクロ視点の時系列動作群を求め、実践知をモデル化した深層学習による心理状態推定アルゴリズムを開発する。これにより「裏をかく」瞬間の特定とその要因分析が可能となり、戦略立案や選手育成に新たな知見をもたらすことが期待される。
