Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、オーストラリアの地域スポーツクラブにおける多文化共生推進のプロセスを明らかにし、日本の地域スポーツクラブに応用することを目的とする。オーストラリアは多文化主義政策を進め、多様な文化的背景を持つ人々が地域スポーツクラブを通じて社会参加を促進してきた。日本は既に多文化社会が到来しており、多文化共生の推進が求められている。特に、学校部活動を地域スポーツクラブに移行する動きが進み、多文化共生の視点から地域スポーツクラブの機能を再構築する研究が必要である。本研究は、オーストラリアの地域スポーツクラブを対象に質的調査を行い、日本の地域スポーツクラブを拠点とした多文化共生の在り方を提言する。
