Outline of Research at the Start

近年，女性アスリートの躍進が注目されている．女性アスリートは第二次性徴期に女性らしい身体的変化を迎えるが，これらが競技力向上につながりにくいという課題を有している．これについては，妊娠・出産においても同様に生じる．つまり，身体を介した心理的な試行錯誤体験を通して，パフォーマンスの向上を果たすことが，産後の競技復帰の取り組みに深く関連していると考えられる．
そこで本研究では，女性アスリートにおけるユース期の身体を介した試行錯誤体験が産後の体験と関連することを生涯発達心理学の視点から検討する．さらに，女性ユースアスリートの心理的特徴を明らかにし，有効な心理支援の方策を検討することを目的とする．
