Outline of Research at the Start

近年，幼少期から長期にわたり競技を継続する女性が増加している．競技力が向上する一方で，外傷を負うケースも増加しており，深刻な問題となっている．女性は男性と比較して関節の柔軟性が高く，筋力が弱いため，長期間の競技活動がアラメイントの異常を引き起こし，その結果，外傷リスクが高まっている可能性がある．また，アライメントの異常は，技術パフォーマンスの低下にもつながると考えられる．本研究は，性別や競技特性から生じる女性アスリートの形態的特徴を明らかにし，これらがもたらす外傷リスクや技術パフォーマンスへの影響を検討することで，女性アスリートに特化した外傷の軽減と技術の向上を図ることを目的とする．
