Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、ランニング動作におけるリズム（ピッチ・ストライド）の決定要因とその仕組みを明らかにすることを目的とする。従来の研究では測定手法の制約により動作の一部に限定され、全体的なリズム形成の解明には至っていない。そこで本研究では、ランニング開始から終了までの全過程にわたる足音や疾走速度を網羅的に計測・解析し、ピッチとストライドのバランスに影響を与える個人差や技術的要因を明確化する。これにより、ランニングの運動リズム最適化に資する新たな知見を提供する。
