Outline of Research at the Start

寒冷刺激は，皮膚温や筋温，血圧，神経系など生体へ生理学的変化を生じる。筋腱伸張性や運動能力の低下を生じる寒冷環境ではダイナミックストレッチングが有効とされるが，血管・代謝機能への効果は不明である。本研究は，寒冷環境が血管・代謝機能へ与える影響とダイナミックストレッチングの有効性を明らかにし，スポーツの安全な実施や外傷・障害の予防と健康支援を目的とした運動処方の基盤構築を目指す。
