Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は柔道における長時間の乱取り練習が頭部外傷リスクに及ぼす影響を明らかにする．さらに柔道の乱取り練習において，断続的に休息を入れた際の練習メニューが頭部外傷リスクに及ぼす影響を検証し，乱取り練習における死亡事故防止に向けた練習法を構築するとともに学校管理下及び指導現場における安全対策の強化につなげる．
