Outline of Research at the Start

本助成研究はふたつの研究で構成される。まず、研究1では、申請者が作成したアスリートリーダーシップスキル尺度の女性選手と男性選手の間での測定不変性を検証し、それぞれのリーダーシップスキルに関連する要因を横断的に検討する。また研究2では、、研究1の結果を参考に選手のリーダーの成長とリーダーシップスキルの経時的な変化、それに関わる要因を縦断的に検証する。選手のリーダーシップスキルの成長を促す要因、そのメカニズムについて、女性選手と男性選手の違いも含め、検討を行う。
