Outline of Research at the Start

ASDは脳機能の不全に起因し、自己と環境との相互作用が低下する障害である。この結果、自己評価や自己感の低下が生じ、社会参加が困難になる二次障害が引き起こる。ASDは症状は多様で、リハビリテーションにおいて一貫した治療成果を得ることが難しい。研究者らは、対象者の生活環境におけるセルフケアに焦点を当て、共同創造モデルを基にした介入が課題解決の手助けになると考える。本研究はASDの特性と生活上の課題を整理し、社会参加の困難や生きづらさを改善するためのリハビリテーションを構築することを目指している。これにより、ASDのセルフケアと社会参加を促進する包括的なリハビリテーションの実現が期待される。
