Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では①イメージング技術を用いてマウス腎ファシアと神経分布を3次元的に明らかにするとともに、②神経トレーサーによって神経回路を明らかにする。さらに③腎障害などの疾患モデルを用いて腎ファシアに起始する神経回路が全身機能に与える影響を明らかにするとともに、遺伝子改変マウスを用いて④ 腎ファシア分布神経のオプトジェネティクスによる機能解析を行う。
