Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、種々の「環境因子（季節差、地域差、大気差、等）」に加え、「心理的因子」が喘息体質を有する者の運動時の肺機能に及ぼす影響について検証する。調査は四季それぞれで行う。行う調査は、研究対象者が自記式質問紙にて回答するアンケート調査と研究対象者が実際に運動を行うメインの実験的調査の計2つである。
アンケート調査では、喘息体質を有する者の体育実技及び課外活動に係るエピソードや思い、悩み等を評価する。メインの実験的調査では、運動強度が高い有酸素性運動実施の前後で、喘息体質を有する者の肺機能と心理的特性を評価する。同時に、気象・環境条件も評価する。
