Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、女性アスリートやアントラージュに対する新たな月経教育の確立を目指し、その月経教育がアスリートとアントラージュの正しい知識の獲得、自己管理能力や意識および行動に、どのような変化をもたらすかを明らかにするため、女性アスリートとアントラージュのための新たな月経教育プログラムに関する多角的な検討、女性アスリートにおける月経教育による自己管理能力や意識・行動の変化、女性アスリートのアントラージュにおける月経教育による正しい知識の獲得と意識・行動の変化について検討する。
