Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、競技スポーツだけでなく、学校体育で用いられるハードル走での視覚行動の評価方法を確立し、子どもから一流アスリートを対象に、ハードル走における視覚行動と身体動作との関係や骨格筋の活動と身体動作との関係を解明することを目的とする。このニューロメカニクス的なアプローチは、アスリートの競技力向上やスポーツ傷害予防だけでなく、学校体育における子どもの体力向上展にも貢献すると考える。
